Question:
We have an HP Color Laserjet that is getting a lot of streaks and / or lines on my pages printed.

Noticed toner spilled inside the printer and my printer seems to take more than normal cleaning cycles.

Here are some things you should try.

1^st. make sure the firmware is at its’ latest level.
2^nd update the printers print drivers.
3^rd Check the toner collection bottle. To make sure not full.
4^th Check the color of the streaks / lines. Replace the drum/ toner cartridge corresponding to color of streaks.
