HP Laserjet Enterprise P4515 – Multiple Paper Jams
Question:
LaserJet P4515 paper jams in multiple locations, fuser, under toner cartridge and path between tray two and the toner area. Maintenance kit has 67% life left, rollers were changed, toner changed, vacuumed, wiped with dust cloth and used canned air. What else could be done?
Response:
I searched on FUSER OUTPUT, PAPER LATE JAM and found a post stating the feed guide assembly could be the problem. After replacing that part (feed guide assembly ) on Monday, there have not been any additional paper jams. Thank you for your help.
