The Fusing Assembly has experienced an Error State.
Low fuser temperature 1 or fuser warm-up failure
Suggested Course of Action
Reinstall the fuser. Check the connector (J128) between the fusing Assembly and the printer.
Note: If fusing Assembly is damaged, replace the fuser.
Reconnect the connectors (J53, J54 and J82) on the DC controller PCA.
Reconnect the connector (J62) on the (LVPS) low-voltage power supply.
Replace Fusing Assembly
Reconnect the connector (J62) on the (LVPS) low-voltage power supply PCA.
If the error continues, replace the (LVPS) low-voltage power supply.

HP LaserJet Enterprise MFP M630 Fuser Error 50
50. Error Messages
Fuser error 50 To continue turn off then on
Classification
The fuser assembly has suffered a malfunction.
W = fusing assembly error value, X = fuser mode, Y = previous printer sleep state, Z = next hp laserjet printer sleep state
Appropriate remedy
50.1 Fuser Error
50.2 Fuser Error
50.1 Fuser Error or 50.2 Fuser Error
Low fuser temperature 1 or fuser warm-up failure
1. Reseat the fuser. Check the connecting adapter (J128) involving the fuser assembly along with the hp printer. If it is damaged, exchange the fuser assembly.
2. 50.1 Fuser Error: rejoin the connector (J82) is located on the DC controller PCA.
-or-
50.2 Fuse Error: rejoin the connection (J53, J54 and J82) is located on the DC controller PCA.
3. Change the fuser.
4. Fuser Error 50.2: rejoin the connection (J62) within the low-voltage power supply PCA.
5. In the event that the issue persists, swap the low-voltage power supply.
50.3 Fuser Error
High fuser temperature 1
1. Reseat the fuser. Take a look at the connection (J128) regarding the fuser along with the hp printing device. If it is stressed, swap out the fuser.
2. Rejoin the connection (J82) along the DC controller PCA.
3. Try to replace the fuser.
4. In the event that the error remains, switch the LVPS (Low Voltage Power Supply).
50.4 Fuser Error / Fuser Error 50.4
Drive circuit fault
1. Check the energy source. Be sure the power matches product requirements.
NOTE: In case the power provider cannot fulfill the power frequency prerequisite of 40 to 70Hz, the fuser temperature control will not PERFORM accordingly and leads to this malfunction.
2. Reseat the connector (J53) within the DC controller PCA.
3. Provided that the error lingers, swap out the LVPS (Low Voltage Power Supply).

50.7 Fuser Error / Fuser Error 50.7
Fuser pressure-release mechanism failure
1. Reload the fuser assembly. Examine the connector (J128) between the fuser assembly along with the printer. If it is impaired, change out the fusing assembly.
2. Search the fuser pressure-release sensor flag. If it is broken, try replacing the fuser.
3. Reseat the connection (J221) of the fuser motor and the connector (J89) on the DC controller PCA.
4. Utilize fuser motor (M299) drive test inside the component test to check that the fuser motor is adequately performing. If it isn't, change the fusing assembly motor.
5. Change the fuser assembly.
50.8 Fuser Error
Low fuser temperature 2
1. Reload the fuser assembly. Check out the connected adapter (J128) concerning the fuser assembly and the hp printing device. If may be damaged, replace the fuser.
2. Rejoin the connection (J54) on the DC controller PCA.
3. Remove and replace the fuser.
4. Reattach the connection (J62) on the(LVPS) Low Voltage Power Supply PCA.
5. Provided that the error continues, swap the LVPS (Low Voltage Power Supply).
50.9 Fuser Error
High fuser temperature 2
1. Reload the fuser. Check out the connection (J128) anywhere between the fuser assembly as well as the printers. If it is broken, switch out the fuser.
2. Rejoin the connection (J54) on the DC controller PCA.
3. Try replacing the fuser assembly.
4. Reconnect the connection (J62) within the LVPS (Low Voltage Power Supply).
5. In the event that the error persists, swap out the LVPS (Low Voltage Power Supply).
