HP Laserjet P4014 High Capacity Toner Cartridge Issue - How To fix

Question:
The business I work for have purchased a new HP Laserjet P4014  High capacity toner cartridge (CC364X).  The problem were having, when I put the HC toner cartridge into printer, the top lid won’t close because the toner cartridge physically too big.  The regular size cartridge has no problems with fitting.  

Has anybody else run into this problem or am I missing something.

Answer:
The HP Laserjet P4014 is only compatible with the 64A toner cartridge.  The high capacity will not fit within the printer.
